Welcome to GuestU, the website and online service of Wedeliverawesomeapps, SA (“company,” “we,” or “us”). This page describes the terms by which you may use our online and mobile services, website, and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively the “service”).

By using the Service, you agree with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and all conditions or policies referenced here.

Welcome to GuestU, the website and online service of service of Wedeliverawesomeapps, SA (“company,” “we,” or “us”). Our Privacy Policy informs how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that applies to our service, and your choices about the collection and use of your information.


1. Description of Service

GuestU is a company providing innovative mobile solutions to the hospitality sector, combining expertise with world-class cloud-based technology. Our service gives the client access to a back office which allows the creation and management of GPS guided tours, basic client profile edition and agenda that will be accessible through a mobile application in white label in iOS and Android, submitted by GuestU in the app-stores.


2. Content Ownership

The service and all of its original content are the sole property of GuestU. The user agrees not to store any illegal content on the service.


3. Form and Accounts

In consideration of your use of the Service, you approve the following rules:

– provide accurate and complete information about yourself (and others, as applicable) as requested in the web form and/or other similar forms;

– maintain and promptly update your data to keep it accurate and complete.


4. Privacy and Security

The user agrees that we can use the data stored in the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is hereby incorporated into the Terms of Use by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy before using the service.


5. Trial Period

We do not provide a trial period. We invite you to download some of our apps already available at the App Stores (iTunes and Google Play).


6. Payment and Invoices

Upon subscription, the Administrator of the account will receive an invoice/receipt in PDF format sent to the e-mail address he specified upon signing up. The subscription date will start a billing cycle corresponding to the period selected by the client. Upon each renewal of the billing cycle, the Administrator will receive an invoice/receipt in PDF format sent to his e-mail account.


7. Cancelations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Though, remember that we have a minimum contract period of 12 months and we are not obliged to make any reimbursement.

You can cancel your account by sending us an e-mail coming from the e-mail address that had requested the service. We reserve the right to check your cancellation by phone or e-mail.

When your subscription ends, we have the right to disable your account. Your account and all the information uploaded won’t be changed, so you can subscribe the service again at any time. After cancellation, you will no longer have rights about the content uploaded to our service.


8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the service at our sole discretion.


9. Liability

We cannot be held liable for any system downtime, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if the service was working.

We hold no responsibility for the use of our clients’ accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account without notice.
