Hoti Hoteis takes another step towards providing personalised digital contactless solutions and invests in the development of its own Web App. With this resource, the company intends to add more value to the guests’ stay in a simple way and with intuitive interaction from the mobile devices themselves. Hoti Hoteis’ Web App was launched earlier this year, in order to meet customers’ needs for safety, comfort and practicality. The novelty provides them with easy access to a wide variety of information about the services of the group’s units, reducing the need for printed materials.
A personalised stay with useful recommendations
Hoti Hoteis has prepared a set of special information for each of its units, which will help guests make the most of their stay, inside and outside the hotel. In the Web App, guests find:

- Hygiene and safety procedures

Hoti Hoteis’ Web App can be accessed through the QR Code or link available at hotel receptions.
