






Optimise the check-in for your guests and staff
Guests can access the online check-in using a link they will receive by email, totally customised with the hotel branding. Prior to their arrival, guests can also indicate their preferences or request services, such as an airport transfer or a table reservation at the restaurant.
The hotel team is notified about the guest preferences and requests.

Offer a paperless check-in also at the Reception
Allow guests arriving at reception to complete their check-in information, signature and consent on a Tablet. Alternatively, invite them to scan a unique QR code and complete the process on their own smartphone if they prefer.Â
Once check-in is complete, all data is updated in the PMS and a PDF Registration Card is generated, avoiding paper printing.
