In addition to the chat and request features, personalized city guide, promotion and reservation of hotel services, mobile key and other valuable tools, the application also offers the possibility for the guest to perform their pre-check-in, through integration with B-Guest’s online check-in service.

B-Guest’s Online Check-in allows guests to provide all of their personal information before arriving at the hotel, thus making the check-in process faster.
